Reception and student consultation:

Personalized consulting: The consultant will receive personal information and learning needs of students through direct meetings or phone/online consultation.

Learning needs assessment: Detailed analysis of current level and learning goals of students to advise appropriate courses.

Provide in-depth information:

  • Introduction to courses (including English communication courses, IELTS, TOEIC, grammar courses, pronunciation, etc.).
  • Information on effective teaching methods with interactive learning methods and supporting online learning technologies.
  • Provide information about facilities, modern learning equipment, and international learning environment.
  • Introducing a team of lecturers with international certificates and diverse teaching experience.
  • Details on tuition fees, preferential policies, scholarships, and flexible financial policies (installments, discounts, special scholarships).

2. REGISTRATION AND LEVEL ASSESSMENT

Register for the course:

  • Register online or directly at the Center, providing student’s personal information (Full name, Address, Phone number, Current English level).
  • Deposit deposit: Parents or students deposit deposit (if any) to confirm participation in the course.

Student level assessment:

  • Entrance test: Students will take the entrance exam directly at the center or online if they live far away.
    • The test assesses listening, speaking, reading, writing and grammar skills.
    • After the results are available, students will be placed in classes appropriate to their abilities and learning goals.

3.COMPLETE APPLICATION AND CONFIRM ADMISSION

Confirmation of admission:

  • After evaluating the entrance test results, the Admissions Department sends official notification of admission.
  • Admission documents: Parents and students complete the admission documents, including:
    • Parent’s ID or Passport (if required).
    • Student’s birth certificate (or notarized copy).
    • Other supporting documents if any.

Tuition payment:

  • Students choose the form of tuition payment (full payment, installment payment, or special incentive program).
  • Parents receive payment receipt and official class schedule.

4.   CLASS SCHEDULE AND TEACHING PROCESS

About the class:

  • Course Schedule: Provides students with detailed course schedules, information about teaching staff, and course materials.
  • Teaching method: Clear introduction to interactive learning methods, combining theory and practice, using technology to support online learning.

Learning process:

  • Courses will be organized at levels from basic to advanced, ensuring that they are suitable for each student’s ability.
  • Students can choose group classes or individual classes depending on their needs.
  • International and domestic lecturers with training certificates from prestigious organizations (CELTA, TESOL, etc.) and rich teaching experience.

5.   SUPPORT AND MONITORING LEARNING PROGRESS

Support students throughout the course

  • Personal academic advising: Lecturers and consultants are always available to support students with academic issues.
  • Online tutoring: Providing online tutoring sessions via Zoom or online learning platforms.
